(Click here to download CFP in PDF format)

The technical program chairs invite the submission of original papers to following symposia for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Seleted high-quality papers will be published in a Special Issue of China Communications (SCI-indexed).

The submitted papers should be original, not published or current under review for publications in any other journal or conference. All submission must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format and must be written in English and be at most six (6) printed papers in length, including figures. Papers should be submitted through EDAS System. Please click here to submit your paper.

To be published in the IEEE ICCC 2018 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICCC 2018 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) data bases.
